Problem
Small care providers do their own admin on the side. The big packages are built for organisations with their own IT department, so in practice it becomes a pile of separate tools: records in one place, hours in Excel, invoices somewhere else and claims to each municipality by hand. Every piece of data gets typed three times.
Solution
Zorg Intelligence, the care branch of Roosterspecialisten. A multi-tenant dashboard on Next.js and Supabase where you enter data once: a planned appointment becomes a logged hour, and that hour becomes an invoice line or a claim line. It covers client records and care plans, care allocations and personal budgets, planning, time tracking, invoicing, claims in the Dutch iStandaarden formats (Wmo, Jeugdwet, Wlz, Zvw) and a client portal. Row Level Security keeps organisations apart, citizen service numbers are encrypted, every record view is logged and two-step verification can be made mandatory per organisation. Alongside it, a marketing site in Astro with a page per module.
Outcome
Site and dashboard are live at zorgintelligence.nl, hosted within the EU. A new organisation is usually set up within a day, including an import of existing clients and hours from Excel or CSV. It shares its foundation with the Roosterspecialisten dashboard, so improvements in one product land in the other.
