Dutch secondary schools struggle to extract insight from their timetable systems. Zermelo holds the data, but reviewing utilisation, dropout, and exceptions across schools means clicking through dashboards that were never built for analysts.
Solution
A landing site that positions the consultancy, backed by an analysis toolkit over Zermelo: utilisation reports, dashboards, dropout analysis, and cross-school lookup. Multi-school setup so one consultant can serve several schools without duplicating work.
Outcome
Site live since 2026-05-08. Early analyses surfaced timetable-quality numbers that schools cannot pull from their own systems.
