Problem
Probo’s print-on-demand catalog needed a Shopify-native way for merchants to pull products into their stores without juggling CSVs, manual mappings, or webhooks they had to wire up themselves.
Solution
An embedded admin app built entirely with Polaris web components: no custom design system, no inline styles. Fixed-product flow lets merchants pick a product, configure print options, and ship it to their catalog. Next: upload handling and lifecycle hooks for product updates.
Outcome
Phase 1 shipped on 2026-04-22 with the fixed-product flow + merchant UI live. The Polaris-only constraint paid off: the app reads like native Shopify admin.
