A landing site that positions the consultancy, backed by an analysis toolkit over Zermelo and Magister: utilisation reports, dashboards, dropout analysis, and cross-school lookup. Multi-school setup so one consultant can serve several schools without duplicating work.
Outcome
Site live since 2026-05-08. Outreach package ready; rates set at €750 (assessment) / €2,500 (engagement). Early analyses surfaced timetable-quality numbers that schools cannot pull from their own systems.
